Return Policy
Products purchased from Asensia.in are eligible for return only if they are received in a damaged, defective, or tampered condition, or if the items delivered are incomplete. Customers must provide clear evidence of such issues in the form of a complete 360-degree unboxing video that displays the shipping label, the external packaging, and the condition of the product at the time of opening. Without this proof, return requests will not be considered.
All return requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team at care@asensia.in. Requests submitted beyond this time frame will not be accepted under any circumstances. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact. Items that show signs of use, alteration, or improper handling will not qualify for return.
Once a return is approved, the company will provide instructions for the pickup or shipping of the product. Customers are required to follow these instructions carefully to ensure the safe return of the item. The company (Yaara Lifestyle LLP) reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with the stated conditions. The final decision on the acceptance of a return rests solely with the company.
