Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been successfully delivered to our warehouse and inspected by our quality control team. Once product is successfully delivered and inspected company (Yaara Lifestyle LLP) will processed refunds within 10 days.

The inspection is carried out to ensure that the item matches the original shipment and that the reason for return is valid. No refunds will be issued before the product is physically received and verified.

In cases where disputes arise between the customer and the courier partner, the refund process will only be initiated once the courier partner has formally acknowledged responsibility for the claim. Until such confirmation is received, the company will not be liable to release any payment.

This policy is in place to maintain transparency and accountability throughout the return and refund process. It also ensures that customers, the company, and courier partners are protected against fraudulent claims. The final decision on whether a refund is to be granted rests with the company (Yaara Lifestyle LLP) after completing its internal verification procedures.
